Shamanic Retreat of 9 days in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas - Cusco, where through Purification and Healing Baths, Sacred Medicine Ceremonies, Reconnection exercises, Andean and Shamanic rituals we will have the opportunity to awaken our consciousness, to revive the flame of love in our heart and discover the medicine we carry within to clean, heal and cure our energetic, physical and spiritual body and thus begin a new stage in our lives.
We will have outdoor activities in sacred places and spaces that will be useful as a means of connection with the Creator and Mother Earth, we will share walks, energizing exercises and moments of meditation, as well as visiting sacred places where we can discover their mysteries, understanding why they were built and considered as Centers of Power.

Sacred places where we can listen to the ancestral wisdom that the masters left us in each sanctuary.

ITINERARY
DAY 1.: Arrival to the city of Cusco (Inc. D)
Arrival to the city of Cusco and transfer to Yacu Mama - Retreat Center, located in the foothills of the Pitusiray mountain in the province of Calca, 1 hour drive from the city of Cusco, accommodation and overnight

DAY 2. Energetic, Physical and Spiritual Purification.
In the morning, before breakfast, we will begin with breathing and energy-activation exercises. After breakfast, we will travel to the community of San Salvador to participate in an ancestral shamanic ritual known as Manca Pacha (Andean Sweat Lodge), with the intention of purifying our spiritual, physical, and energetic bodies. Throughout the experience, we will be accompanied by traditional chants that support the purification process, concluding with a Flowering Bath (Baño de Florecimiento).
After lunch, we will return to YaKu Mama – Ceremonial Center.

DAY 3.: WACHUMA or San Pedro Ceremony
Early in the morning meditation and energetic exercises, after a light breakfast transfer to the lagoon of Cancan in the Pitusiray Mountain (30min trip), opening of the ceremony on the shores of the lake, prayer and connection with the millenary and sacred medicine of Wachuma known as “San Pedro”, medicine that will give us the opportunity to open the heart, then we will walk around the lagoon to connect with the energy of the mountain and its surroundings, at the indicated time we will return to the retreat center for the second part of our ceremony where we can share healing songs, play maracas and drums ending the ceremony with the Grandfather with a moment of sharing.

DAY 4.: Integration - Visit to the Archaeological Center of Huchuy Qosqo
Day of Rest and Integration: In the afternoon, we will visit the archaeological site of Huchuy Qosqo, where we will admire its remarkable architecture and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Sacred Valley. During our visit, we will take time for meditation and engage in a series of mindful exercises to deepen our connection with this sacred place. (Includes: B/L/D)

DAY 5.: Healing Day - Ayahuasca Ceremony (Inc. B/L)
In the morning, we will practice energy activation, breathing exercises, and meditation.
In the afternoon, after lunch, we will experience a Healing Bath with medicinal plants native to our region.
In the evening, we will gather for an Ayahuasca Ceremony led by Paullo Qente.

DAY 6.: Day for rest and integration - Visit to the Energy Center of Ñawpa Iglesia (Inc. D/A/C)
A day for rest and integration. In the afternoon, at the scheduled time, we will travel to the community of Pachar to visit one of the most enigmatic sites in the entire Sacred Valley of the Incas. There, following a meditation session, we will be able to integrate the experiences from our first ceremony. Afterward, we will return to YaKu Mama – Ceremonial Center.

DAY 7.: Purification and Cleansing in Perolniyuc - 2nd Ayahuasca Ceremony – (includes B/L/D).
In the morning, before breakfast, we will engage in breathing and energizing exercises. After breakfast, we will travel to the community of Socma, where we will spend time in meditation and preparation for our pilgrimage—a mindful walk in connection with the energy of Mother Earth. We will stimulate our bodies using drums and medicinal plants to release energetic ailments accumulated over time. After 45 minutes, we will arrive at the Perolniyoc Waterfall for prayers and an Andean purification and cleansing ritual (*limpia*). Once we have left our offering as a gesture of gratitude and respect, we will return to the village of Socma for lunch, then head back to the YaKu Mama Ceremonial Center to rest, in preparation for participating in the second Ayahuasca ceremony that evening.

DAY 8.: Day of rest and integration – Visit to the archaeological site of Moray. (Incl. B/L/D)
A day for rest and integration: we will dedicate this day to resting, sharing within our integration circle, and reflecting on the experiences we have had. In the afternoon, we will visit a sacred and special place, where we will connect with the ancestral wisdom of the spiral of life and its various levels of consciousness, delving deeper into the path of self-discovery and inner transformation.

DAY 9.: 3rd Ayahuasca Ceremony – Visit to the Temple of the Sun in Pisac. (Incl. B/L)
In the morning, after breakfast, we will visit the Temple of the Sun in Pisac to connect with the strength and energy of the sacred mountain upon which it was built. This will give us the opportunity to stand before Apu Linto—a sacred mountain that bears witness to our journey. There, we will engage in meditation, conscious breathing, and energizing practices, fostering a space for inner connection and spiritual openness. In the evening, we will hold the third Ayahuasca ceremony.

DAY 10.: Day of rest, integration, and conclusion of the *dieta* in the city of Cusco (incl. B/L/D)
Full day to take a rest, integrate and offer gifts to the Elements, Mother Earth, and the Great Spirit in gratitude for allowing us to participate in this gathering and to surrender ourselves to their will, so that we may find what we have been seeking throughout our existence.

DAY 11.: Return trip to the city of Cusco and transfer to the airport (Inc. B.)
After breakfast, at the scheduled time, transfer to the airport in the city of Cusco. End of the retreat.

PREPARATION
Preparation is important for your participation. The preparation is done at least 3 days before the ceremony. The recommendation is as follows
