Shamanic Retreat of 9 days in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas - Cusco, where through Purification and Healing Baths, Sacred Medicine Ceremonies, Reconnection exercises, Andean and Shamanic rituals we will have the opportunity to awaken our consciousness, to revive the flame of love in our heart and discover the medicine we carry within to clean, heal and cure our energetic, physical and spiritual body and thus begin a new stage in our lives.
We will have outdoor activities in sacred places and spaces that will be useful as a means of connection with the Creator and Mother Earth, we will share walks, energizing exercises and moments of meditation, as well as visiting sacred places where we can discover their mysteries, understanding why they were built and considered as Centers of Power.

FIRST DAY. Arrival to the city of Cusco (Inc. D)
Arrival to the city of Cusco and transfer to Puma Wasi - Retreat Center, located in the foothills of the Pitusiray mountain in the province of Calca, 1 hour drive from the city of Cusco, accommodation and overnight

SECOND Day. Energetic, Physical and Spiritual Purification.
In the morning before breakfast breathing exercises and energizing, after breakfast, transfer to the community of San Salvador to participate in a shamanic ritual known as Manca Pacha (Andean sweat lodge) with the intention of purifying our spiritual, physical and energetic body, accompanied with songs that will help in the process ending with a flowering bath. After lunch return to Puma Wasi - Retreat Center.

THIRT Day. WACHUMA or San Pedro Ceremony
Early in the morning meditation and energetic exercises, after a light breakfast transfer to the lagoon of Cancan in the Pitusiray Mountain (30min trip), opening of the ceremony on the shores of the lake, prayer and connection with the millenary and sacred medicine of Wachuma known as “San Pedro”, medicine that will give us the opportunity to open the heart, then we will walk around the lagoon to connect with the energy of the mountain and its surroundings, at the indicated time we will return to the retreat center for the second part of our ceremony where we can share healing songs, play maracas and drums ending the ceremony with the Grandfather with a moment of sharing.

FOURTH Day. Integración - Visita al Centro Astronomico de Unu Urco.
Day of rest and integration, in the afternoon visit to the astronomical center of Unu Urco, in the walk we could enjoy the flora and fauna of the place, where we will have a moment of meditation and some energizing exercises.

FIFTH Day. Healing Day - Ayahuasca Ceremony (Inc. B/L)
In the morning Meditation, Breathing and Energizing Exercises, in the afternoon after lunch, Healing Bath with medicinal plants of our region, in the evening Ayahuasca Ceremony.

SIXTH Day. Day of rest and integration - Visit to the archaeological centre of Moray. (Inc. B/L/D)
Rest day and integration circle, in the afternoon we will visit the special sacred place to understand the spiral of life and the different levels of consciousness.

SEVENTH Day. Cleansing in Waterfall of Perolniyuc - Shamanic Ceremony in Ñawpa Church - Ayahuasca Ceremonie (Inc. B/L)
Early in the morning meditation and energetic exercises, after breakfast, transfer to Socma Community, where we will have a moment of meditation and preparation for our pilgrimage (conscious walk) in connection with the energy of Mother Earth and with the help of local plants we can stimulate our body to wake up and leave the physical and energetic ailments accumulated over time, after arrive to the waterfall, prayer and ritual of purification and Andean Cleaning with water and medicinal plants, then after leaving our offering as a sign of respect and gratitude, we can return to the town of Socma for the lunch and return to Puma Wasi - Retreat Center to rest, at night 2nd Ayahuasca ceremony.

PREPARATION
Preparation is important for your participation. The preparation is done at least 3 days before the ceremony. The recommendation is as follows
